On September 20, a contract was signed at the Rakvere City Government for the construction of a new indoor football hall, which will be built on Piiri Street next to the vocational school. The construction contract was awarded to Revin Grupp OÜ, whose bid was the most competitive in the public procurement process. The project will cost over €5.3 million, with €2.2 million covered by the state. The hall is scheduled to be completed within 16 months. City Council Chairman Mihkel Juhkami, Mayor Triin Varek, and a representative of Revin Grupp emphasized that this is a significant investment in the development of sports in both Rakvere and the entire Lääne-Viru region.
