Overview
Tartu mnt 52 is a three-storey apartment building in Iisaku, Alutaguse Parish. The building envelope had reached the end of its service life and needed a full renovation.
We renovated the exterior completely. We replaced the roof, insulated and reclad the facade, replaced the windows and built a new canopied entrance for every stairwell. The yard received new asphalt, paving and landscaping.
Work ran from March to September 2026. During the same period we also renovated the Hanseni 9 apartment building in Iisaku. A camera installed on site recorded the whole process.
