Iisaku Hanseni 9

Hanseni 9 is a three-storey apartment building in Iisaku, Alutaguse Parish. The building envelope had reached the end of its service life and needed a full renovation.

We took on the entire construction scope. We replaced the roof, insulated and reclad the facade, replaced the windows and built new entrances with canopies. Finally we rebuilt the surroundings, laying new paving, a parking area and landscaping.

Work began in March 2026 and the building was completed in September of the same year. During the same period we also renovated the Tartu mnt 52 apartment building in Iisaku. A camera installed on site recorded the whole process, so six months of work fit into the 44 seconds below.
